Due to the vast geographical boundaries of INDIA it is difficult for the company to open divisions and branches all over country in its nascent stages itself. The leaders in the company came up with the policy of becoming strategic training partners of the company. The strategic training partners are chosen with certain eligibility criteria.Again the agreements is being done at various levels

We are a Computer & Fashion Training Institute providing 50 different courses catering to various fields. And for our Expansion program we are on the look out for Franchisees who would then be running an Independent Institute imparting knowledge to produce World class professionals.

Technical Support, Software, Hardware

The franchise center will operate under the banner of SIT XpressN.
Guidelines will be given by SIT XpressN (Head Office) on the layout of the Institute.
Guidance will be provided by SIT XpressN (Head Office) in the recruitment of Center manager, Faculty members, Counsellors etc.
Advice and Guidance will be provided on the Administration of the Institute.
Average Life of any Software program is 6 months maximum hence technical and training support will be provided by SIT XpressN (HEAD OFFICE) on an ongoing basis.

Faculty Training, Faculties

SIT XpressN will provide one time Training to four staff members of the franchise in two phases i.e. 1st Phase - 7 days(4 staff members) and 2nd Phase -3 days(1 staff member) at Bhopal, as part of the franchise arrangements.
*The cost of traveling, lodging and boarding will be borne by the franchisee.

Corporate kit

The entire Technical and Marketing support required for establishing the training center will be provided by SIT XpressN which will include a set of the following :

Advertisement cost in local/ regional newspaper is shared equally among all franchisees, if applicable.

Courses
We are offering ultimate range of courses first time of its kind in India in the field of Information Technology and fashion. All courses have been designed according to the needs of today youth and giving them guarantee of exposure and than placement assistance. Our courses have been designed for age group from 6 years onwards. We are providing certificate, Diploma and Degree in all courses.

The testing of various modules will be controlled by SIT XpressN in terms of setting up of projects and evaluations. All Diplomas and / or Certificates will be awarded by SIT XpressN (HEAD OFFICE) only after the Students have completed the course.
The course material will be supplied by the franchisor which would be in the forms of module books and/or in some cases supplemented by the text books at additional cost.

Requirement
(A) REMOTE AREAS ( having population more than 1.00lac.)
1. Space required is 2000 sq.ft.
2. Total Computer Systems should be 08 in no’s.
3. Security Deposit Rs.1.00 lac Only (Excluding IT/Mangt./fashion/textile/interior Designing/Eng. degree courses) out of which 50% will be refunded after successfully running center for more than 3 years.
4. Security Deposit Rs.1.50lac Only. (Including IT/Mangt./ fashion/textile/interior Designing/Eng. degree courses).
5. Royalty will be payable @ 25% on course fees of SIT courses and for university courses fees will be payable as per university norms stated.
6. Annual renewal fees payable is 25% of franchisee fees.
7. Examination center will be provided in case of students more than 50 no’s in all stream.
8. Company corporate material worth Rs.28150/-is compulsory.
9. Company’s share in Advertisement in Newspaper, Cable TV, Hoardings as follows (Except ads directly publish by company)-:

3. Franchisee fees is Rs.50,000/- Only. (Including all IT courses) out of which 50% will be refunded after successfully running center for more than 3 years
4. Franchisee fees is Rs.100,000/-Only. (Including all Fashion courses).
5. Examination center will be Bhopal or nearest authorized SIT center.
6. Company corporate material worth Rs.25000/-is free of cost.
7. Annual renewal fees payable is Rs.10000/-.
8. Company will provide no publicity.
9. No royalty will be charge by the company for all courses.
