1. The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time
by the Institute.
2. The applicant should be above 5 years of age as on Registration Date.
3. The applicant should be a natural born female/male.
4. The applicant should not be under any commercial contract with any modeling agency
at the time of appearing for the auditions/admissions.
5. The Institute is not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications
on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
6. The Institute is not responsible if the process of registration is not complete.
7. The applicant will register at their risk and can have no claim against SIT XpressN
in any regard.
8. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior
to, during or after registration/Admission.
9. The decision of the Institute is final in all cases.
10. Only persons of good health, sound mind and having no medical history of any
mental illness and having a good moral character can register herein.
11. The Institute is not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the
event/contest/class.
12. In the event of any dispute, the company decisions are final and binding on
the applicant.
13. The courts of Bhopal have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
